Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 July 2026
1. Who provides the service
GuestBridge is an early stage service operated by its founder ("we", "us"). Full legal provider details, including the registered business entity, will be published here once business registration is complete. Contact: [email protected].
2. What the service is
GuestBridge is an AI guest concierge for hotels: a guest-facing chat available through a link, QR code, or website widget, a staff dashboard for handling guest requests, and optional integrations such as property management system connections and email notifications. The service is offered to businesses in the hospitality industry, not to consumers.
3. Accounts
Hotel accounts are created by us during onboarding. The hotel is responsible for keeping staff credentials confidential, for the actions taken under its accounts, and for removing team members who should no longer have access. We may suspend accounts that endanger the security or integrity of the platform.
4. Fees
Pricing is provided directly based on the property, setup requirements, and selected services. Fees, billing frequency, and any committed term are confirmed in the hotel's written order or service agreement. We may change renewal pricing with at least 30 days written notice unless the agreement states otherwise.
5. Fair use
Any included usage or service limits are stated in the hotel's written order or service agreement. We may apply protective limits, including rate limiting and monthly usage caps, to keep the service reliable. If a property consistently exceeds its agreed usage, we will contact the hotel to discuss suitable service terms.
6. Acceptable use
- No unlawful content or use, and no content that infringes the rights of others.
- No attempts to probe, breach, or circumvent security or tenant isolation.
- No reselling of the service without our written agreement.
- The hotel is responsible for the accuracy of the content it publishes through the platform, including menus, hotel information, and knowledge entries.
7. AI generated answers
Concierge replies are generated by artificial intelligence from the hotel's own content. AI can make mistakes. The hotel remains responsible for reviewing the information it provides to the system and for handling guest requests appropriately. The concierge is not designed for emergencies; urgent or safety related matters must be handled by hotel staff directly.
8. Data protection
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. For guest data the hotel is the controller and we act as processor; our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms. The hotel warrants that it is entitled to use the guest and staff data it processes through the platform.
9. Availability
We aim for high availability and operate monitoring, backups, and security controls, but the service is provided without a guaranteed uptime level. Planned maintenance is carried out with care and, where practical, announced in advance.
10. Intellectual property
The platform, its software, and its branding belong to us. Content the hotel uploads or writes remains the hotel's. The hotel grants us the rights needed to operate the service, such as storing and displaying its content to its guests.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service in any 12 month period is limited to the fees the hotel paid for the service in that period. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct.
12. Term and termination
Subscriptions run monthly and can be cancelled by the hotel with effect from the end of the current billing period. We may terminate with 30 days notice, or immediately for material breach of these terms. After termination, the hotel can request an export of its data within 30 days, after which we delete it from production systems; backups expire on their rolling schedule.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced to hotel customers at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date counts as acceptance.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Disputes belong to the competent courts of Hungary.
